Drivers have been warned that delays are "likely" as roadworks continue near Harold Wood station.
Utility works along Gubbins Lane are expected to continue for almost another week, according to roadworks platform Causeway one.network.
Two-way traffic lights have been in place since September 3 and are set to be cleared away by September 14 at 11pm.
Causeway one.network has warned motorists that delays are "likely" while UK Power Networks completes its works.
The roadworks are near Gubbins Lane's junction with Squirrels Heath Road, further along from Harold Wood station.
The area also saw a separate three-week closure on Church Road in August while Thames Water repaired a collapsed sewer.
