A recent glowing Ofsted report is deemed a "tremendous achievement" for an Upminster primary school and testament to its "exceptional staff".
Upminster Junior School in St Marys Lane was inspected on April 15 and later rated as being at a "strong standard" across all six assessment areas.
Headteacher Alison Edgecombe said the findings reflect the hard work of the entire school community.
She told the Recorder: "I am absolutely delighted that Ofsted has recognised the excellent education our pupils receive at Upminster Junior School.
"To achieve a 'strong standard' in every category is a tremendous achievement, and one of which we are all incredibly proud.
"This outcome is a testament to the dedication, professionalism and hard work of our exceptional staff, the enthusiasm and commitment of our pupils, and the unwavering support of our parents and wider school community."
She believes the findings reflect the "high expectations" which are set by the school for every pupil.
The report, published on June 30, confirmed to have noticed these high standards in the categories of achievement, attendance and behaviour, curriculum and teaching, inclusion, leadership and governance, and personal development and wellbeing.
Inspectors described pupils as "rightly proud" to attend the school.
Outcomes at the end of year six were described as "significantly above national averages" and all pupils, including those with special educational needs, were found to make "excellent progress."
Behaviour was also deemed "impeccable" throughout the school, with inspectors noting that "not a moment of learning time is lost."
The report said, going forwards, leaders at the school and the Hornchurch Academy Trust - who oversee the school - should "sustain their highly effective work" to drive a "transformational impact" for all pupils in all areas.
Ms Edgecombe added: "I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to this wonderful achievement.
"It is something we can all celebrate together, and we look forward to building on this success in the years ahead."
