The GP surgery where the most patients had a "poor" experience in Havering has been revealed.
The results of the annual GP Patient Survey for NHS England were published yesterday (July 9).
Patients were asked for their feedback on several areas, including their doctors' ease of contact, waiting times, and how helpful receptionists are.
A percentage was given for how many patients deemed their experiences at each GP as very good, fairly good, neither good nor poor, fairly poor and very poor.
The GP with the highest percentage of patients describing their experiences as either "very poor" or "fairly poor" was Rainham & Upminster Medical Centre in Upminster Road South with 25pc.
Of this, 20 per cent said it was "fairly poor" while five per cent rating it "very poor."
Although having the highest percentage of experiences fall into the "poor" categories, Rainham & Upminster Medical Centre also saw 27pc of patients describe their time as "very good" and 31pc describe it as "fairly good".
A total of 16pc of patients deemed their experiences as "neither good nor poor".
Originally, Upminster Medical Centre and Rainham Health Centre were two separate GP practices but in June 2024 they merged to become one.
Several Havering practices scored higher than the 77 per cent national average of good experiences.
Closely behind Rainham & Upminster Medical Centre was The Green Wood Practice in Gubbins Lane with 23pc of patients deeming their experience there to be poor.
Both Berwick Surgery in Berwick Road and Beam Park Medical Practice in Halewood Way had 20pc of patients describing their experiences as either "fairly poor" or "very poor".
Dr Mark's Practice in Brentwood Road was fifth bottom of the list, according to the data, with 18pc of patients describing their time here as "poor".
