A man and woman have been arrested following an alleged burglary at a supermarket in Shenfield.
Essex Police were called to the Co-op store in Hutton Road at around 3.45pm on September 5 with reports of an alleged burglary.
Officers received reports that three suspects had entered the store and made their way into the shop floor behind the till.
The suspects were reported to have made off with alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes and scratch cards.
A 33-year-old man and 34-year-old woman were arrested and questioned on suspicion of burglary as part of the investigation.

They have both since been released on bail with conditions as police continue to conduct their enquiries.
