A church hall could be getting a refit and plans were put forward for more homes in the planning applications submitted to the local authority over the last week.
Havering Council has received over 40 applications for a variety of developments in the borough.
We have summed up the most notable applications and included them for ease below:
- There are plans for a new non-illuminated billboard at Creekside, Rainham (A0059.24)
- An application was put forward to demolish an existing three-bedroom detached bungalow on Front Lane, Upminster, and build two semi-detached three-bedroom chalet bungalows instead. (P1109.24)
- Plans were also submitted to replace a 48-sheet hoarding into an illuminated digital display at 172 Hornchurch Road. (A0062.24).
- A seven-metre charging totem sign could be erected at Faringdon Service Station, Faringdon Avenue, with a charging symbol and the words ‘EV Power, fast clean energy’. (A0039.24)
- Another application is for the erection of two three-bedroom semi-detached dwellings with habitable roof space as well as parking, after the demolition of an existing bungalow at Upland Court Road, Romford. (P1060.24).
- St Michael's Church Hall on Main Road, Romford, could have remedial works following fire damage at the premises. (P1111.24).
- Four new signs have also been proposed at Jutsums Lane, Romford for the Allen Ford centre. (A0061.24)
- Three terraced three-bedroom dwellings with amenity space and parking could be making its way to the land adjacent to 5 Magnum Close, Rainham. (P1120.24)
