A terrace of three new houses could be built in Rainham as part of a £2 million development proposal.
A planning application has been lodged to Havering Council seeking approval to introduce three new homes to Magnum Close.
Applicant Mr R Gilbert has proposed to build the terrace of three bedroom homes with gardens on a vacant plot of land, opposite 5 Magnum Close.
According to the planning documents, the site identified as the vacant land measures to be 703.25 square metres.
The plans also include details of new parking spaces and electric vehicle charging points.
A total of six new car parking spaces to accompany the homes could be created, with three active and three passive charging points.
Illustrations of the site plans show the parking would be to the rear of the homes.
