Havering has the second cheapest rent prices in London, according to a new study.
Renters in the borough pay an average of £1,357 a month - beaten only by Bexley where average monthly prices total £1,302.
Other boroughs with the cheapest rent prices include Hillingdon, with a monthly rent of £1,397, and Croydon, with an average price of £1,398.
Barking and Dagenham also made the top ten for cheapest average rent prices, coming in sixth - although renters are still forking out £1,414 in this borough.
The findings come from a new Rent Report, put together by BLG Development Finance and Online Marketing Surgery, which looks at Office for National Statistics (ONS) rent index data.

For the report, they calculated the average rent prices from January to July, and then found the average for the years so far.
Another study also revealed that Havering is London's cheapest borough for new builds.
The research found that the borough has the lowest median price for newly built housing among all the London local authorities, at £298,750.
East London local authorities such as Newham, Waltham Forest and Tower Hamlets were also some of the more affordable for newly built housing.
