Firefighters have tackled a house fire which reportedly forced a road to shut.
The London Fire Brigade (LFB) was called at 2.59pm yesterday (August 19) to a blaze at a house in Osborne Road, Hornchurch.
In the two-storey home, the first floor was damaged after ten firefighters and two fire engines tackled the blaze.
The fire also destroyed a garage and a cloakroom.
