A drug dealer has been jailed after a police raid at a home, seizing thousands in cash, cannabis and finding cocaine powder.
Zac Chouman, 33, of Hawksmoor Green in Hutton pleaded guilty on June 26 to being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs and was jailed for 41 months.
Chouman pleaded guilty to supplying cocaine in Brentwood after police raided an address in Hawksmoor Green on January 4 in 2024.
Essex Police found almost £6,000 in cash, cannabis, branded clothes, items covered in cocaine powder and two drug-messaging phones.
Detective Inspector Rob Maile said: “Drugs have no place in our district, or indeed, Essex and we’ll continue to focus our efforts on those who ply drugs in our communities so that we can keep everyone safe.”

Police also found 18,500 messages advertising the sale of drugs on Chouman's phone.
Officers from drug enforcement team "Grays Op Raptor" had been responsible for the January raid.
