An eatery in Upminster has sent a bid to Havering Council to sell alcohol and confirm its opening hours.
Umut Arslan applied for a new premises licence for MIRO Bistro and Lounge that is earmarked for 15 Station Road in Upminster.
A notice of the application published on April 26 in the Recorder stated that the licence pertains to the sale of alcohol for use on and off the premises from Sundays to Thursdays between 10am and 11pm.
On Fridays and Saturdays, the timings pitched for the sale of alcohol is from 10am to 12am.
The venue has also sought to provide late night refreshments for an hour on Fridays and Saturdays from 11pm to 12am.

The opening hours pitched by Mr Arslan are from 7am to 11pm between Sundays and Thursdays, and 7am to 12am on Fridays and Saturdays.
Orin Richards Hair and Beauty Salon currently occupies the site. The Recorder contacted the salon but staff refused to comment.
Written representations against the premises licence application can be sent to Havering’s licencing team at Licensing, Public Protection, London Borough of Havering, c/o Town Hall, Main Road, Romford, RM1 3BD by May 14.
