A man killed at an industrial estate in Rainham has been named ahead of an inquest opening into his death.
Police were called at 1.41pm on August 5 to Suttons Business Park in New Road, to reports of two men injured.
One of the men was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was in his 40s and has today (August 15) been named as Dmitrij Dacenko.
East London Coroner's Court confirmed an inquest into his death will be opened tomorrow (August 16).
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said they believed the two men were "struck by a pallet or crate".

The second injured man was found to be in non life-threatening condition on August 6.
Dmitrij's family were informed of his death on August 5.
The fatality sparked a joint investigation between the Met Police and the Heath and Safety Executive.
The incident was also attended by London's Air Ambulance and the London Fire Brigade.
