The Havering GPs with the most unhelpful receptionists have been revealed in the latest patient survey for NHS England.
Havering residents have had their say on their doctor's surgeries in the 2024 GP Patient Survey, sharing their opinions on their practices' ease of contact, waiting times and overall patient experience.
Each GP in the borough was also given a percentage for the amount of patients who said the receptionists were helpful or unhelpful.
More than 86 per cent of Havering patients on average found the reception team at their GP practice helpful - higher than the national average of 83 per cent.

However, some GPs in Havering still had more than a third of patients who found the reception staff unhelpful.
Cranham Village Surgery in Cranham had the most helpful receptionists in Havering, as well as being rated the best practice in Havering for the second year in a row.
On the flip side, The Robins Surgery in Harold Hill had the most unhelpful receptionists, and was also one of the worst GPs for patient experience overall.
A spokesperson for NHS North East London said: "We are always keen to learn from patient feedback so these results give us valuable insight in helping us to support our GP practices to be as good as they possibly can be as well as informing our primary care priorities overall."
They added that they "recognise there is room for improvement" and are already supporting practices "to improve or upgrade" their telephone systems "so patients can contact their surgery more easily when they need to".
