The hunt for a missing young man with links to Romford has been put on hold after a body was found, Essex Police has said.
Ronnie Benjamin, 18, was reported missing on Thursday (February 8) from Brentwood and the force issued an appeal as part of its search for him.
Essex Police has now announced that they found a man's body in Brentwood on Sunday (February 11) and formal identification is awaited.

Ronnie’s family, it said, have been informed of the development and are being supported by officers.
A mandatory referral has been made to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC), and Ronnie’s loved ones have been made aware of it.
Essex Police added: “Our thoughts continue to be with Ronnie’s family and loved ones at this very difficult time.”
