Havering Council has received several planning applications for a variety of developments across the borough last week.
The applications cover a range of locations and proposals, with each case now awaiting a decision from the local authority.
One notable application, referenced as P0060.24, pertains to the property 'Chilton' on North Road, Romford RM4 1PX. The proposal outlines a plan for part single, part two-storey front and rear extensions, a front porch, front and rear dormers, side obscured windows to the first floor, and an increased ridge height.
D0016.24 relates to 121 Chase Cross Road, Romford RM5 3RP, seeking a Certificate of Lawfulness for the addition of two side dormers and rear windows to an existing loft conversion.

Similarly, D0017.24 and D0018.24, respectively, aim for Certificates of Lawfulness for loft conversions with dormers and other alterations at 17 Cowper Road, Rainham RM13 9TT, and 55 Kingsley Gardens, Hornchurch RM11 2HY.
Meanwhile, J0001.24 introduces a significant proposal for the upper floors of a building at 187 High Street, Hornchurch RM11 3XT. The plan involves a change of use from commercial to residential, creating four self-contained dwellings.
P0050.24 for 5 Camborne Avenue, Romford RM3 8RH, requests to vary conditions for opening hours for an eatery to allow it to trade from 6am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, and from 8am to 4pm on Sundays.
Part single, part two storey rear extension, conversion of integral garage to habitable use, loft conversion, single storey out building and front boundary wall has been proposed for 29 Sylvan Avenue Hornchurch RM11 2PL (P0035.24).
