Two people suffered smoke inhalation and roads were closed after a house fire.
London Fire Brigade (LFB) crews tackled a blaze in Rush Green Road, Romford, on Friday (September 15) after being called at 4.43pm.
Two people were taken to hospital suffering from smoke inhalation and part of the ground floor of a two-storey house was damaged by fire.
Road closures were put in place in Rush Green Road near the junction of Clayton Road while LFB tackled the blaze.

The fire was brought under control by 5.40pm, just less than an hour from when the brigade was called.
Crews from Dagenham and Hornchurch fire stations attended the scene.
