The following cases were heard in Romford and Barkingside Magistrates’ Courts in the week starting May 22.
They include a man who assaulted a police officer and a woman who drove while drunk.
Kostas Simberevicius
Kostas Simberevicius, 31, of St Martins Avenue in Upton Park, pleaded guilty that on March 18 he was drunk and disorderly at the Moon and Stars pub in Romford and then assaulted a police officer.
Fined £692, ordered to pay £150 in compensation and £277 to fund victim services.
Dritan Kastrati
Dritan Kastrati, 32, of Green Lane in Ilford, pleaded guilty that on September 17 he drove on the A13 in the borough of Barking and Dagenham without due care and attention. He drove in excess of 50mph and did not move lane when an emergency vehicle flashed its sirens multiple times.
Fined £311, ordered to pay £124 to fund victim services and costs of £300 to the CPS.
Sher Ihsaan Khan
Sher Ihsaan Khan, 24, of Keppel Road in Dagenham, pleaded guilty to dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of a stolen Audi worth £17,500 on November 22 in Beckton.
Given a six month prison sentence suspended for one year. Ordered to pay £154 to fund victim services and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Gemma Mary West
Gemma Mary West, 42, of Clockhouse Lane in Romford, pleaded guilty that on May 12 on High Road in Chadwell Heath she drove while over the legal limit, namely 43/44 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
Disqualified from driving for one year and fined £120.
Anthony Wyatt
Anthony Wyatt, 50, of Bellmaine Avenue in Thurrock, pleaded guilty that on November 11 at Woodford Bridge he used threatening or abusive words, or exhibited disorderly behaviour, and it was racially aggravated.
Fined £660, ordered to pay £50 compensation and £264 to fund victim services.
