As the end of 2022 approaches, we asked Romford Recorder readers for your favourite photos from the year, and you did not disappoint.
Many were festive or taken in the snow from shortly before Christmas, but others highlighted events from earlier in the year, with nature, pets and family your favourite themes.
Angela Torr sent this photo of Central Park, Dagenham, taken from CU London University earlier in December.
Nicola Beasant said: "This one of my children enjoying the hot summer in our garden."
Santa's sleigh might go a lot faster if Louise Priest's greyhound Fly was pulling it.

Meanwhile, Marika Gibson's cat looked happy to stay wrapped up indoors.

Hazel Gibbons shared a photo of her "boy" Zach, who looks as though he is going places.
This pooch, pictured by Aylet Eddie, looks as if he would prefer to stay just where he is.
Look closely and you'll see it. Pauline Smith sent in this photo of her kitten checking out her Christmas tree.
Kim Donegan's dog is very much in the foreground.
This stunning photo by Bronwen Peacock could be used on a Christmas card or displayed on the walls of a gallery.
There is something romantic about this photo, submitted by Freddie Left Out Woods.
Some photos seemed to look back on warmer months, such as this of Helsinki, Finland, submitted by Ian Meyers.
And snow brings out the big kid in us all, as proven by John Baker's photo from before Christmas.
