ANTHONY DR. JOHN died peacefully at Queens Hospital 15th June 2009. after a long illness bravely fought. Loving Husband, Father and Grandfather. Highly respected family Doctor. Thanks to all at Queens and community staff for thier care. Funeral 12 noon Monday 22nd June, St. Lukes Church, Cranham. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to: Cancer Research.
