Hazel Klerks nee Sorrell Passed away peacefully on Monday 14th September 2009 Aged 57 years Mother of Graham Partner of John Sadly Missed By All Funeral service to take place on Friday 2nd October, 1.30pm, United Reformed Church, Upminster followed by Cremation at South Essex Crematorium.
