Arthur GLIDDON 18th December 1912 - 21st April 2010 A beloved father, grandfather, great grandfather and fondest friend to many, peacefully passed away on 21 April 2010 at St Georges Hospital, Hornchurch. In accordance with Arthurs express wishes, there will be no funeral service. The family requests there should be no flowers or donations, and only if so desired to be made to St Joseph Hospice, Mare St, Hackney, London E8. The family will hold a small memorial gathering at a local venue in due course. Arthur wished for this to be a joyous occasion for friends and family to share stories and "definitely no black".
