Maureen Grinter (formerly of Upminster and Hornchurch) passed away at her Daughters home in New Zealand on 21 July 2010 after a long illness bravely borne. Beloved Mother of Alan, Deborah and Carl, and much-loved Sister of Doreen, Elsie, Gwen, Pat, Gloria and Dennis and the late Emmie, Alf and Billy. Our vivacious, effervescent, generous sister; dependable, hardworking - our family anchor. A loving mother and home-maker and for 27 years night-time computer supervisor at a City bank and after retirement Ambulance Driver at Harold Wood Hospital. Our cherished, courageous sister - we will remember you forever, dear Maureen, with gratitude and love.
