CALKIN Phillip Neil With deep sadness we announce the death of Phillip Calkin, formerly of the Farringdon Centre and Yew Tree Lodge, on Sunday 14th April 2013, aged 71 years. Phillip will be greatly missed by family and friends alike. Funeral on Friday 3rd May at 12.30 p.m. at Weeley Crematorium, Colchester Road, Essex CO16 9JP.Donations greatly appreciated to St Helena Hospice c/o P.G.
