PATRICIA ROSE KATE CHAPMAN Patricia died peacefully on 10th April aged 76 in the dedicated care of Cranham Court Nursing Home. The funeral will be at The South Essex Crematorium, Upminster, on Wednesday 30th April at 1.40pm. All friends will be welcome, no flowers please but if desired donations can be made to The Marie Curie Cancer Care, Melksham, SN12 6BR.
