WILLIAM E F V DILLOWAY sadly passed away after a short illness in Queens Hospital Romford on 7th May 2020 aged 81 years. A much loved Brother and Uncle. Bill will be remembered for his kindness and sense of humour. The Funeral took place on the 26th May 2020 together with his twin Brother Brian at Charlton Park, Andover
